Lead‑to‑Cash
The sales cycle, end to end. Each step is a real screen, and the data carries forward on its own — no re‑entry between departments.
- Capture the lead (Marketing) — a website form or manual entry creates a lead; work it through the pipeline and send a quotation.
- Convert to a Sales Order (Sales) — one click turns an accepted quote into an order (Draft). Submitting it kicks off the downstream steps.
- Allocate stock (Operations) — the order reserves stock, or spawns a work order (produce) or PO (procure) for what's short.
- Invoice + e‑Way Bill (Sales) — generate the tax invoice with IRN + QR and the e‑Way Bill in one action.
- Dispatch (Operations) — a delivery order records transporter/vehicle; completing delivery marks the order Completed.
- On completion (Finance, automatic) — stock is deducted, FIFO margin is computed, and the Sales and COGS vouchers post themselves.
- Receive payment (Finance) — record the receipt and allocate it bill‑wise; the party ledger reconciles.
- Returns (if any) — a sales return / credit note restocks and reverses the accounting.
