Boards with your stages
Every project is a kanban board. Name and colour the columns your way and drag tasks across.
Plan work on kanban boards, log hours against tasks, and link the sales orders, purchases and expenses behind each job. Raya ERP turns it into a project P&L from your own books.
How a job moves through Raya — and where the numbers come from.
Create the project with your own stages, a due date, a department and who can see it.
Add tasks with owners, priorities, estimates and checklists — or raise one straight from a sales order.
People log hours per task per day, as billable or internal, at the project’s rate.
Invoices, purchases, vouchers and expense claims carry the project, so they count towards it.
Revenue, direct cost and labour against budget — in one profitability report.
Projects live next to the customers, orders and ledgers they are about, so nobody copies a job number between systems.
Every project is a kanban board. Name and colour the columns your way and drag tasks across.
Switch views on the same tasks, and filter by status: active, on hold, completed or archived.
Codes like PRJ-007-14, priority, assignee, start and due dates, estimates, subtasks, attachments and watchers.
Due today, overdue and this week in one list, reminders before a task falls due, and a morning digest.
Link a task to a sales order, purchase request, customer, work order or voucher — both sides show it.
Hours per task per day, billable or internal, with the rate fixed at the time it was logged.
Turn a project into a helpdesk: tickets by phone, WhatsApp, email or web form, with response and resolution targets.
Revenue and direct cost from the ledger plus labour from the time log, compared with the budget.
Open to everyone, team only or private — with owners, editors and viewers on each project.
Turn on costing for a project and it reads the same ledger as your cost-centre P&L. No spreadsheet to reconcile at month end.
Sales documents tagged to the project count as its revenue, straight off the general ledger.
Purchases, vouchers and employee expense claims tagged to the project count as its direct cost.
Logged hours are costed at the rate in force when they were logged, so a new rate never rewrites last quarter.
Point a project at a cost centre and its spend also shows in the cost-centre P&L.
Six reports in the Projects module, filtered by project and period.
Your customers, people and ledgers are already in Raya ERP, ready to link to.
Give it a name and code, an owner, a department, a due date and its board stages.
Invite members as owners, editors or viewers, then add tasks — or create one from a document.
Set a budget, an hourly rate and, if you use them, the cost centre it rolls into.
Log hours, tag invoices and expenses to the project, and read the profitability report.
Client projects with billable hours, budgets and a margin you can see before the invoice goes out.
Helpdesk queues with SLA targets, categories and escalation to the queue owner on a breach.
Launches, audits and plant work tracked on boards, with spend rolling into a cost centre.
Yes. Turn on costing for the project and each time entry is marked billable or internal, valued at the project’s hourly rate when it was logged. Invoices are raised in Sales as usual and tagged to the project, so they count as its revenue.
Revenue and direct cost come from the general ledger for documents tagged to the project — the same way the cost-centre P&L works — and labour comes from the time log. All of it is compared with the budget you set. If hours were logged without a rate, the report says the labour cost is understated rather than showing it as free.
Yes. Make a project a Support queue and its tasks become tickets, with response and resolution targets per priority, categories, and tickets coming in by phone, WhatsApp, email or a web form. Breaches notify the assignee and escalate to the queue owner.
Access to the module follows your user roles. Each project is then open to everyone with the module, limited to its team, or private, and members are owners, editors or viewers.
Tasks link to sales orders, purchase requests, customers, work orders and vouchers, and both documents show the link. You can create a task straight from a sales order, and invoices, purchases, vouchers and expense claims can carry the project.
Project Management is an add-on at ₹100 per user, per month, exclusive of GST. Add-ons can be switched on or off any month; the pricing page works out the total with the rest of your plan.
Boards for the team, a P&L for you.
